Position: Front Office Receptionist
Fast-paced medical office seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as primary receptionist for our medical practice. 10 or more years of experience in the medical reception field is a plus. Hospitality work experience a plus.
Must be exceptional with interpersonal communication and be able to show empathy and compassion. Must be able to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently while remaining professional and accurate.
Responsibilities include answering phones, checking patients in, collecting copays and balances, updating demographic information, and supporting back-office staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-25.00 per hour based on experience

• Associate (Preferred)

• Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
