PURPOSE:
The Receptionist preforms a variety of administrative tasks and assists the Customer Service department with scanning/filing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the correct location
- Answer and route incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Sort and deliver employee mail
- Assist the customer service department with scanning, invoicing, and tracking shipments
- Keep common areas in office organized, tidy and stocked
- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception and conference room areas
- Coordinate meal orders for meetings/events
- Assist in other areas as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of Receptionist or Administrative experience preferred
- Highly organized
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn computer software programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
- General understanding of purchasing
- Ability to understand mechanical concepts
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow-up on assignments
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgement
- MUST have a reliable transportation
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm with a 30 minute lunch
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
