Summary
The Receptionist will provide professional business service to all clients and team members onsite at Leader Bank's Corporate offices at the main reception desks. The role will float between our offices in Arlington, MA on 180 Massachusetts Avenue and 864 Massachusetts Avenue for coverage, Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM (and overtime when needed).
Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors at the offices and record their information.
  • Provide call handling.
  • Receive and record all US mail, UPS, Federal Express.
  • Daily organization of all loans and notes and record them into our systems.
  • Scan all incoming loan documents for our walk-in clients.
  • Work with HR creating New Hire welcome packets as well as any events or packets upon request.
  • Work with Marketing to coordinate events, brochure, and letter development, and assist with swag and signage for conventions/travel.
  • Coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs of inter-office for various departments with operations coordinators.
  • Assist retail banking with checkbook management, supplies requests and other requests when needed.
  • Assist with all internal meetings calendars/schedules and vacation coverage.
  • Order office supplies and put them away including kitchen items, keep our paper supplies and printer toner in order and schedule their maintenance.
  • Notary Public.


Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills.
  • The position requires work Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM, and overtime when needed.
  • Friendly/Outgoing personality.
  • Some internet/e-mail experience.
  • Ability to operate a computer.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a computer.
  • Ability to lift packages with weight up to 40 lbs.
