Work Location: Quarry Bay / Central
Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 0900 – 1800
Responsibilities:
- Guests greeting
- Handling incoming calls
- Event co-ordination
- Assist with making conference room / visitor office reservations
- Accountable for reception area, and preparing for daily conference room and guest activity
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above, completion of tertiary education preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial institutions is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills (both oral and written)
- Detail-oriented and demonstrated problem solving abilities & prioritization of multiple tasks
