Credit Consulting Services, a nationally recognized, well established, and highly respected accounts receivable management firm, is seeking a motivated and organized professional to work as their receptionist! This position is responsible for reception duties, clerical support to the Collections Department and Client Services Manager, as well as general office support. This role assists with administrative duties and communication with debtors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
RECEPTION
- Check voicemail and distribute to appropriate individual (English & Spanish)
- Process counter payments
- Assist debtors that walk in
- Sort through client services emails
CLERICAL SUPPORT
- Forward collector suit requests to clients (SVMH, HHOK, NMC, SVR)
- Print Credit Card Report and notate web and recurring payments
- Print Daily Call Report and input into excel
- Print post-dated check draft report and process checks
- Review/process bankruptcies
- Receive & Return Data Flow Fax (15th of each Month)
- Sort through Monthly Client Statements & Checks, and mail to all clients
- Print and distribute ARF’s
- Verify client information updates per collector requests
- Process personal injury liens
- Filing bankruptcy claims
- Mail out collector correspondence
- Process night drop box payments
- Mail out Month End client statements and checks
OFFICE SUPPORT
- Sort through faxes & correspondence
- Prepare office for the day by removing night phone from the phone system, unlocking the front door
- Maintain payment drop-off box and street mailbox
- Pick up mail from Post Office and distribute, collect outgoing mail and deliver to Post Office
- Document delivery and pick-up from Law Firm and Banks.
- Assist employees with documents to be mailed, faxed, scanned

- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to use a computer and various software applications for collection purposes
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic math skills
- Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) - preferred
- Self-motivated
