Keystone Chevrolet is hiring a dependable, customer-focused receptionist to welcome customers and assist with front desk operations.
Schedule
Two to three evenings per week
Saturday shifts alternating between an early shift and a late shift
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate team member
Answer and transfer incoming calls
Take accurate messages and assist with general customer questions
Maintain an organized reception area
Perform basic clerical and administrative tasks
Handle customer information confidentially
Qualifications
Clear communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple incoming calls
Dependability and punctuality
Availability for the advertised schedule, subject to reasonable accommodation as required by law
Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Its service department handles maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brake work, dent repair, and windshield damage.
