We are seeking a PRN Receptionist to work as needed, providing friendly, professional service to residents, families, visitors, and team members.
What You’ll DoAs a Receptionist, you will serve as an important first point of contact for our community. Responsibilities include:
- Monitor life safety equipment and respond appropriately to alerts and notifications.
- Coordinate telephone communications throughout the community.
- Receive, organize, and coordinate mail and package deliveries.
- Welcome and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents, families, and guests.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized reception area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with a diverse group of people.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
