Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and perform a variety of clerical tasks
- Answer incoming calls courteously and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors, assist with their needs, and provide facility directions
- Process mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to residents and staff
- Manage office supplies and handle service requests for office equipment
- Handle additional clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Ability to travel in inclement weather

- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to resident privacy and HIPAA guidelines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with general office and clerical procedures is a plus
Schedule & Requirements
- Part-time position: Monday through Friday (hours may vary), with weekend shifts required (shift differential)
- Must be punctual and willing to report to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and perform light lifting (minimum 10 pounds)
