Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our escrow office. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for clients, vendors, and visitors while providing reliable administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Location: This position is a fully in-person opportunity based out of our Mansfield, TX office location. Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CST.
What You’ll Do
As the Receptionist, you’ll be at the center of our daily office operations:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional and welcoming demeanor
Answer and route multi-line phone calls efficiently and accurately
Open new escrow orders and support basic transaction intake processes
Process escrow funds and ensure receipts are distributed appropriately
Maintain organized electronic files by uploading and categorizing documents
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx and courier packages
Support daily banking preparation for the branch following established procedures
Keep the lobby and conference rooms neat, organized, and client-ready
Provide general administrative support including emails, letters, and correspondence
Assist with special projects and team initiatives as needed
