6. Checking service recipients in upon arrival and notifying the providers of the kept appointment.
7. Follow-up with missed appointments.
8. Completing front desk memo to charts.
9. Email weekly and monthly schedules to the residential facilities.
10. Audit charts daily for upcoming appointments.
11. Send all receipts to corporate office weekly.
12. Maintain petty cash and submit for reimbursement as needed.
13. Ensure postage is available and add postage when needed.
14. Get all deposits ready for GMHC and send deposit information to corporate.
15. Complete the sliding scale fee forms and submit to corporate office.
16. Gather all monthly statistical data and other information as directed by the Executive Director.
17. Assist Medical Records as necessary.
18. Will collect admission paperwork for all new members and assist them with filling out that paperwork.
19. Copy prescriptions by MD/NP to be scanned into service recipient’s EHR.
20. Assist MOT Coordinator.
21. Responsible for the gathering and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
22. Will comply with all State and Federal laws in regards to maintaining the privacy of members.
23. Perform other duties or tasks assigned by the Executive Director.
Physical Demands: Sits and walks intermittently throughout the day. The ability to handle a variety of office equipment.
Special Demands: Ability to meet and deal with a variety of employees, members, and member’s family members. Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have a memory for details. Considerable initiative and judgment needed in promoting favorable public relations.
