Portico are on the lookout for a Receptionist based with our team at a law firm in London Bridge.
The role of our Receptionist is to deliver an exceptional welcome to our visitors and clients at this lovely site in a spectacular location with panoramic views of London and the City.
Working with another Receptionist and a Supervisor, the role consists of a mix of meet and greet, switchboard, as well as booking and managing meeting rooms.
Shift pattern: 40 hours a week, 8 hour shifts between 07:30-16:30/09:00-18:00
Salary: £30,784

They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exceptional experience for our clients. The ideal candidate must be flexible, and they will be the go-to person for anything for the client and visitors.
Customer service experience is essential, preferably within a high-end environment.
Experience with Audio Visual services is desirable.

Skills Required
- Customer service experience, preferably within a high-end environment.
- Experience operating a switchboard and booking/managing meeting rooms.
