Job Summary
Answers incoming call to the clinic. Provides administrative support to the clinic. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the importance of the patient medical record as it relates to documenting patient calls.
- Demonstrates phone etiquette and proficiency while assessing the patients or family members needs when they call the clinic.
