In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring a professional, friendly, and secure office environment. From greeting visitors and supporting employees, to coordinating office services and daily operations, you'll help create a workplace where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests, customers, candidates, and contractors.

  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, shipments, and visitor registration.

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, office access, parking, and administrative requests.

  • Support office operations by working with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and data protection procedures.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to employees.

Our Expectations

  • Secondary school or vocational education.

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in reception, administration, or customer service.

  • Good English communication skills (minimum B2).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Professional, proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.
