Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to provide exceptional front desk support while creating a positive first impression for visitors and customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide friendly, professional assistance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests and customers.
  • Coordinate appointments and support daily reception activities.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized visitor records and reception documentation.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Support general administrative and office operations.
  • Assist team members with routine office coordination tasks.
  • Maintain a professional and positive reception environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
