Role Overview:
Serrano Country Club is seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Gym Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining high service standards and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member and Guest Service: Greet members and guests, assist with check-in, and address inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Facility Maintenance: Collect and restock gym towels, sanitize gym equipment, empty trash bins, clean tabletops, and perform other moderate custodial duties to keep the gym clean and organized.
- Scheduling and Administrative Tasks: Take and manage reservations for fitness classes and tennis courts, monitor and coordinate schedules, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform duties with precision and uphold the country club’s high standards of service.
- Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in previous roles.
- Poise: Ability to handle multiple tasks with composure and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid work permit.
- Must pass a background check.
Compensation:
- $16.90 per hour.
