As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, setting the tone for the exceptional service and warm atmosphere we’re known for. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the voice of the company: Answer incoming calls with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.
  • Keep communication flowing: Take accurate messages, transfer calls, and determine when interruptions are (and aren’t) appropriate.
  • Welcome with warmth: Greet showroom customers, guide them to the right person, and ensure they feel at home.
  • Administrative support: Handle outgoing mail, type correspondence, prepare documents, and maintain company records.
  • Keep things running: Order supplies, process time cards, prepare packets, pull keys, and support our sales team.
  • Jump in where needed: Perform other duties that help our team succeed.
