About this role:
The Receptionist- Full-time is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors. Performs a variety of clerical duties as assigned. Must have computer skills, and great customer service skills.
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…
- Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage.
- Serve as receptionist and greet all guests, residents, vendors, suppliers, and outside service providers.
- Distribute packages, business mail and magazines.
- Maintain visitor sign-in logs.
- Monitor closed circuit security TV cameras and fire alarm board (where applicable).
- Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to the public.
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
- Prepare correspondence, memo, and other documents.
- Responsible for data entry of general resident information using computer software

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3-11pm and Sunday 11a-7p
Training: Training takes 4 - 6 weeks and will include morning shifts. This does require moderate computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
Salary: $15.00 per hour
