Cancer Specialists of North Florida is recruiting for an experienced Phone Room Receptionist for our busy St. Augustine Office. The Phone Room Receptionist is responsible to answer, screen and transfer incoming telephone calls politely and in a timely manner. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Answers, screens and directs telephone calls with first class customer service
- General knowledge of medical terminology and various insurance plans
- Interact with client personnel and CSNF team members in an autonomous responsible, professional and ethical manner
- Exceptional customer service skills, telephone skills and a team player
- Knowledge of office equipment such as computers, fax machines and photo copiers
- All other duties as assigned
Full-time Position, Monday – Friday

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of two or more years answering phones/directing calls in a medical office setting
