Hours for this position are 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Gaudenzia's Mission: Gaudenzia's Mission is to promote long-term recovery by providing comprehensive treatment and support to people with substance use disorder, co-occurring mental health disorders, and related conditions, regardless of individual circumstances.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: No experience required

Your responsibilities in this role may include:

• Attend the reception desk and ensure adequate coverage at all time throughout the day.
• Greet visitors promptly and pleasantly: provide applications.
• Answer all incoming call promptly (2 rings): direct calls to appropriate individual and/or take accurate messages.
• Ensure that all staff receive their messages upon their arrival in the building, when their line is free, or when they call in.
• Sort and distribute mail daily upon arrival.
• Accurately post and mail all outgoing correspondence daily - notify FedEx, UPS. Or other courier as needed for pick-up service.
• Distribute job postings as directed.
• Assist with special projects, run errands, assist with agency events, assist with luncheons.
• Other clerical duties as delegated by supervisor
