We are currently seeking a receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You will be asked to performing general office and clerical work as assigned, including filing, communication, and other related services.
Core responsibilities include:
- Administrative and clerical tasks relating to smooth operation for the office
- Assisting with calendar management
- Inventory for office supplies including ordering and restocking. Process relevant PCard transactions.
- Filing, photocopying, scanning as needed
- Assist in coordination of events
- Assist with domestic and international travel plans as needed.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 3-5 years of administrative support and customer service experience required
- Prior experience in academia or a higher education environment is helpful
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
