Front Office & Administrative Support
- Answer and route incoming calls, pages, and voicemails; take and deliver messages as needed.
- Welcome and announce visitors, manage access, and issue visitor passes.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Sort, route, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and packages.
- Prepare and print correspondence, reports, memos, and fax cover sheets.
- Support the Human Resources Manager and assist with special projects as needed.
HR & Employee Services
- Onboard new hires: process Epicor entries, assign lockers/uniforms, conduct orientations, and issue badges.
- Maintain employee records (personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance, and termination).
- Administer benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401k) and manage enrollment, changes, and compliance.
- Process payroll weekly, verify accuracy, and compute wages.
- Administer performance review and employee recognition programs.
- Plan and conduct new hire orientations and employee meetings.
- Manage employee photos, sign-in sheets, kiosks, bulletin boards, and the employee directory.
- Support the HR department with company event planning.
Compliance & Records Management
- Maintain and update the Procedure Manual, Organizational Charts, and Departmental Kiosk information.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations; file accident reports and government-mandated documentation.
- Manage document retention and coordinate secure disposal of expired records.
- Compile personnel data and generate reports for leadership.
- Facilities & Operations Support
- Order catering for meetings and departments.
- Assist with building security and safety protocols.
- Act as liaison between employees and the company site doctor.
- Support wellness initiatives and health assessments.
- Manage uniform inventory, distribution, and report uniform issues with our vendor.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; and 1–3 years of related experience/training; or a combination of both. Human Resources Degree and SHRM Certification is a plus.

Language Skills: Read, write, and understand simple instructions and correspondence; communicate clearly in one-on-one or small group settings. Bi-lingual speaker in Spanish or Polish is a plus.

Math Skills: Add/subtract two-digit numbers; multiply/divide using 10s and 100s; apply math to money, weight, volume, and distance.

Reasoning: Follow detailed, straightforward instructions; solve basic problems with common sense in standard situations.

Computer Skills: Familiarity with Google, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word. HRIS experience is a plus.

Other Skills: Clear verbal communication, common sense, flexibility, and ability to multitask.

Physical Demands: Regularly sit, stand, walk, and communicate verbally. Able to lift 40lbs.

Skills Required
