The Role:
Our corporate headquarters in Billerica, MA is seeking a receptionist to join our team. In this role, the receptionist will sit at our main entrance and be the face of Entegris for our employees and visitors.
What You’ll Do:
The primary role of the Corporate Headquarters Receptionist is to manage the Main Lobby activities including welcoming of guests to the site, directing visitors and employees as needed and to manage the incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Maintaining the security requirements of the Main Lobby entrance and provide support to arrivals to the site.
- Sign in and badging of New Employees after required Safety Training has been received.
- Sign in and badging of visitors to the site and providing notification to their Entegris sponsor upon their arrival.
- Provide support to incoming callers by transferring them to the appropriate Entegris employee or functional area depending on their need.
- Manage food and other delivery orders to the front entrance.
- Manage the small café area (clean up after events, manage periodic refrigerator clean-outs, etc.)
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
What We Seek:
- Minimum of 3 years in a service-related field with high level of people interaction.
- Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance for welcoming visitors & employees
- Must demonstrate good computer skills and use of MS Excel & MS Word applications
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
- Prior receptionist experience in a global corporate headquarters.
