Job Description

Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the dealership. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing incoming calls, directing guests appropriately, and providing administrative support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments and team members.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Support dealership operations with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while addressing basic inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and dealership software systems.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

 

Additional Information

Compensation:

  • $17.00 to $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Monday through Saturday availability
  • Sundays off
