A day in the life.
As our Receptionist/Client Support Specialist on the Surety team, you’ll have many varied duties including, handling incoming calls, greeting guests courteously and professionally, and receiving and signing for packages; handling mail and other correspondence, delivering to the proper colleague in a timely manner; other administrative functions include typing, filing, inventory, ordering materials, coordination of various departmental, or office, functions and meetings; and assisting Surety colleagues with typing correspondence, making copies and overnight mailing. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be trained in our agency executing systems, Sagitta and Tinubu, where you will handle surety account renewals.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- 2 years of administrative office experience preferred
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Experience with Sagitta and Tinubu

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,100 to $58,200.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
