En TD SYNNEX buscamos una persona proactiva, con excelente actitud de servicio y ganas de aprender, para asumir un rol clave como Recepcionista en nuestra oficina de Santiago.
Responsabilidades
Recibir y atender visitas, clientes y proveedores.
Coordinar salas de reunión y manejo de agenda.
Apoyar en eventos internos y actividades de oficina.
Realizar tareas administrativas simples (orden de archivos, apoyo a Finanzas y Facilities).
Coordinar con proveedores de aseo y mantenimiento.
Buscar y gestionar proveedores para servicios generales.
Requisitos
Técnico o estudiante universitario/a (últimos semestres) en Administración, RRHH, Ingeniería Comercial o afines.
Buen manejo de herramientas digitales básicas.
Conocimiento básico de facturación (deseable).
Actitud de servicio, comunicación clara, resolución de problemas y organización.
Perfil proactivo/a, empático/a y con disposición para apoyar diversas tareas.
Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial.
Condiciones
Ubicación: Santiago, Chile (oficina corporativa)
Horario: Lunes a jueves de 9:00 a 18:00 / Viernes hasta las 17:00
