Experience & Qualifications Needed: 

·         Demonstrates excellence in customer service within a professional environment, with the ability to build positive relationships

·         Ability represent the company in a sophisticated and professional manner at all times.

·         Maintains a sophisticated appearance and demeanor

·         Service industry experience highly encouraged

·         High School Diploma or equivalent required

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

·         Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit….Sales or Service

·         Obtains and records basic customer demographic information using a dealership sales control system.

·         Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person.

·         Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting for, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.

·         Maintain sales floor appearance

·         Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time

·         Assist with other duties as assigned. 

·         Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.

·         Assumes the role of Audi Technologist for Audi Parker and assists with deliveries

·         Aids in appointment setting with direction from GM and Sales Managers.

·         Aid in assigned projects for marketing, events, and outreach campaigns

Pay

$20 per hour.    Extra income through appointment setting goals and Technologist spiff from Audi.
