Job Description
- Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle incoming telephone calls.
- Manage the distribution of both physical and electronic mail.
- Maintain an organized visitor log and ensure the security of access points.
- Oversee the booking and management of conference room booking.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Provide administrative support to the FCM department with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and efficiency.
