Job Description:

Bring your passion for service to a prestigious law firm as a Reception - Admin where you’ll deliver concierge-style experiences in a professional setting. The Receptionist-Admin is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the guest experience within the organization. This is a unique opportunity to transition your expertise into a Monday–Friday schedule, working closely with various departments to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for guests. The hours of this position are 9:00a.m to 6:00p.m

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Leads front of house to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

  • Coordinates and oversees events to ensure they run smoothly and meet organizational standards.

  • Assists with food and beverage (F&B) services, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Provides exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage guest interactions and preferences.

  • Maintains inventory of hospitality supplies and ensures timely replenishment.

  • Implements and monitors hospitality management practices to enhance service delivery.

  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with vendors and service providers.

  • Ensures compliance with building, hospitality standards and regulations.

  • Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Monitors and evaluates guest feedback to continuously improve services.

  • Prepares and maintains reports and records related to building, parking, hospitality services and events.

  • Collaborates with other departments to coordinate and support.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma and relevant work experience

  • Experience: Proven experience in reception/hospitality or a related field, with a minimum of 1-3 years.

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

The Compensation range for this role is 21.70 to 26.40 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
