Assists with Receiving and Shipping
Loads and unloads delivery trucks
Will receive raw materials
Checks incoming for damage. Has deliverer sign for any damage
Checks to make sure the correct product is being delivered with the correct amount. Has deliverer sign for any deviations from the packing slip or bill of lading
Checks for COFA to make sure it matches with container
Requests any missing information from Purchasing or Account Reps
Makes sure components or raws have an inventory tag before transferring.
- Clears QC and allocates the new components into bin locations.
Makes sure components have been stamped and approved by QC before moving them to bin locations.
Works with qc to make sure all requested containers come back into rooms
- Maintains/Organizes Warehouse
Empties warehouse trash containers.
Cleans up any spills in the warehouse, according to SOP
Makes sure doors are locked and bay doors are closed when not in use. Reports on any problems with doors.
Organize components/raw materials to utilize warehouse space efficiently. All are documented on a WMMF. Combining like products.
Makes sure all containers are put away in racks and scanned to location
Cycle counts must be done weekly

Skills Required
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Follow SOPs for cleaning spills and warehouse safety
- Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Ensure components/raw materials have inventory tags and are scanned to location
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips/BOL
- Verify COFA (Certificate of Analysis) matches container and request missing documentation
- Work with Quality Control to clear and allocate approved components
- Maintain and organize warehouse, secure doors and bay openings when not in use
