We’re seeking a Receiving Specialist who will be responsible for unpacking, organizing and processing the items delivered to the Central Processing Center for the purpose of selling on EBTH.com.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING
- Verify inbound shipments and ensure accurate inventory scanning upon receipt of goods.
- Unpack and organize inbound shipments.
- Maintain organized receiving and inventory control functions for the Columbus market
- Record and report any damaged items upon delivery.
- Assist other departments and content with preparing items for processing, sorting items into saleable lots.
- Prepare inventory for the appropriate processing line.
- Work in conjunction with EBTH teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness in order to achieve company defined Key Performance Indicators.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or auction house environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse or processing management systems.
- Computer proficiency is essential.
- Ability to Expertly manage the intake of high-volume, heavy-gauge inventory weighing up to 50 lbs., consistently processing oversized and bulk inbound shipments while maintaining strict safety standards and high productivity levels despite the physically demanding nature of large-scale freight.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to maintain a set production schedule to align with business needs, while being willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if business needs require.
- A team player mentality with an ability to work independently.
