This position offers:
Starting pay of $24.79 - $35.42
Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential
*additional $2.50/hr. shift differential for off-shifts

What You Drive at DTNA
- Set workload volume for maximum equipment and manpower usage to maintain consistent workflow.
- Train new employees and cross-train existing employees. Communicate daily workflow requirements as planned by supervisor.
- Provide information for changes in procedure, safety concerns or equipment needs.
- Ability to physically move truck parts using the proper equipment or by hand.
- Operation of material handling equipment to include forklift, reach truck, swing reach and order picker.
- Ability to work flexible hours as the need for coverage requirements.
- Assist supervisor in overseeing departmental activities.
- Perform TOS concepts and demonstrate a basic understanding of DView, SAP, Cognos and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge You Should Bring
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an automated warehouse.
- Excellent basic arithmetic skills required.
- Familiar with D-View warehouse management systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of all warehouse operation.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge and awareness of safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
- Must possess leadership skills to lead by example within an empowered team concept.
