Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to receiving materials, picking, packing, and shipping. These responsibilities must always be accomplished by following safety guidelines and best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Assist with picking, packing, boxing, and light assembly.
• Assist with unpacking and receiving of inbound product shipments into the warehouse management system.
• Put-away of receivable stock.
• Cycle counting
• Cross train in all areas of the warehouse
• Warehouse housekeeping
• Perform most essential job duties and responsibilities at our facility.
• Follow all Marmon Link policies and procedures as outlined by the company and its leaders.

Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies

• High school diploma or GED is preferred, equivalent work experience is excepted.
• Demonstrate use and understanding of an RF scanner.
• Must have experience with and ability to use a forklift, cherry picker and other essential warehouse equipment including hand tools.
• Must have basic Computer Skills and the ability to use an online time keeping system.
• Strong work ethics, enthusiastic, willing to work with others and contribute to the team atmosphere.

Pay Range:

16.00 - 24.00
