About Us:

Homebound is on a mission to make it possible for anyone, anywhere, to build a home using technology. Created by an experienced team of construction, real estate, design, and technology experts, Homebound is transforming the residential construction industry by improving the costly and inefficient process of building a home.

We’ve created an entirely new way to build homes with technology powering every stage from start to finish to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Homeowners across the country can choose where they want to live, select a home plan that’s perfect for them, then personalize and buy it, all online. Homebound has raised $150M in capital from leading venture capitalists like Google, Khosla, Thrive Ventures, and we’re scaling quickly in places like Texas, Colorado and Florida. Come build your future with us.

About The Role:

Homebound is seeking a highly consultative Rebuild Advisor to work directly with homeowners rebuilding after the Altadena and Pacific Palisades fires.

In this role, you will guide homeowners through $1M–$3M rebuild decisions, managing a thoughtful and highly personal sales process from initial consultation through contract execution. Advisors in this role manage a large pipeline and are responsible for $50M+ in annual rebuild contracts.

Rebuilding after loss is deeply personal. The ideal candidate combines strong emotional intelligence with disciplined sales execution and rigorous pipeline management.

This is a fully in-market role. Advisors spend significant time in Altadena and Pacific Palisades meeting homeowners, conducting site visits, and building relationships in the community. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Compensation: $85,000 base salary with $85,000 in uncapped commission potential (OTE $170,000+)

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners navigating the rebuild process

  • Manage a large pipeline of opportunities while maintaining a highly consultative client experience

  • Guide families through complex and emotional rebuild decisions with clear timelines and next steps

  • Conduct in-person consultations and site visits across Altadena and Pacific Palisades

  • Represent Homebound at neighborhood meetings, community forums, and local events

  • Deliver proposals and guide clients through contract execution

  • Maintain strong Salesforce discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking

  • Partner closely with pre-construction, design, and construction teams to move projects forward

Local Market Presence:

This role requires deep engagement within the Altadena and Pacific Palisades communities. The Rebuild Advisor is expected to become a trusted local resource for homeowners navigating the rebuild process.

Candidates with existing ties to the Altadena or Pacific Palisades communities are strongly encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For:
  • 6+ years of experience closing complex, high-value transactions

  • Proven ability to manage a large sales pipeline with discipline and strong forecasting

  • Exceptional consultative selling skills and emotional intelligence

  • Strong operational discipline with CRM and Salesforce hygiene

  • Comfort operating in a highly visible, community-facing role

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

  • Experience selling new construction, residential development, or luxury real estate transactions strongly preferred.

Our Commitment:

We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply. To apply, please submit an application with your resume on the Career’s page.
