Department: Repair & Care, ReBird
Reports to: Coordinator Lead, ReBird
Location: New Westminster
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the ReBird Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining the flow of ReBird product to our internal and external partners. You will support the ReBird business team to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the used gear to repair workflows. Meet Your Future Team:
The ReBird team is constantly looking for new ways to extract more use out of our products and how to process more of it. Be a part of the initiative that is keeping as much of our gear in the field and not the landfill.

- Collaborate with design and engineering for functional repair solutions
- Support ReGear special projects to help promote the initiative
- Establish and document used-gear-to-repair workflows
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve productivity especially in our sorting, quality and bundling process steps
- Monitor and report inventory and KPIs at each stage of our end-to-end circular processes
- Participate in training repair teams on new functional repair solutions and standards
