Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the ReBird Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining the flow of ReBird product to our internal and external partners. • Manage our ReBird product through the circular processes (ReGear, ReCut, ReCare)
  • Collaborate with design and engineering for functional repair solutions
  • Support ReGear special projects to help promote the initiative
  • Establish and document used-gear-to-repair workflows
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve productivity especially in our sorting, quality and bundling process steps
  • Monitor and report inventory and KPIs at each stage of our end-to-end circular processes
  • Participate in training repair teams on new functional repair solutions and standards
  • Partner with quality control to develop quality standards for used-gear repair solutions
  • Collaborate with Repair Team Leaders and Quality Control Inspectors in maintaining Arc’teryx’ standards on all repairs
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
