The Systems Support Administrator provides first level support for company systems by completing basic ticket requests and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks across property and corporate teams. This role focuses on handling routine system requests such as: leasing and rent inquiries, refunds and move-outs, payments, LOFT living issues, and document challenges. The associate follows established procedures to ensure timely and accurate resolution of tickets while maintaining data integrity. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
- Monitor, prioritize, and complete basic system support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Process routine requests related to leasing and rents, refunds and move-outs, and payments.
- Address LOFT living issues and document-related challenges by following established procedures.
- Provide day-to-day system support by responding to common user questions and requests.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy in task completion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all completed tickets and system updates.
- Assist with basic system access requests and updates as needed.
- Support team members with administrative and operational tasks related to system usage.
- Contribute to a positive user experience by providing clear communication and timely updates on ticket status.
- Support evolving operational needs by adapting responsibilities as the company grows and systems expand.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year property management experience required
- Experience with the Property Management software RealPage required
- Experience with the Property Management system EliseAI preferred
- Basic computer and telephone skills
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
