Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Are you a sales coordinating expert? Are you eager to guide the consumers of Realtor.com through the home selling process? What you’ll do:

  • Represent Realtor.com  in a professional manner. i.e. by phone, email and text message communication
  • Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere
  • Ability to determine the needs of clients through effective listening and questioning skills
  • Make 130+ outbound warm dials daily to identify clients' needs and respond by providing superior service and resolution
  • Handling a minimum of 35 connected calls each day 
  • Make successful connections between clients, consumers and real estate professionals to deliver an excellent client experience and drive revenue to move the business forward
  • Work the sales cycle from client vetting through to interview verification
  • Coordinators are on the front line of the sales cycle from the time requests come in, to the time the clients meet with the agents including the client verification and vetting process

What you’ll bring: 

  • You have 1 year of experience in a high call volume setting 
  • You are a confident communicator, skilled at speaking and building rapport with people of all backgrounds
  • You have the ability to overcome objections to generate a positive consumer experience while maintaining professionalism
  • You are self-motivated, ambitious, driven, and goal-oriented
  • You exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing duties
  • You have superior time management and prioritization in an atmosphere of multiple, shifting priorities and deadline pressures.
  • You bring excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • You have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You have knowledge of, and or previous experience with Microsoft office, G Suite (gmail, google
  • calendar, docs etc)
  • You have a sufficient internet connection to sustain 8-10 hours per day of internet use, i.e. dialing the phone, video conferencing, and online training
  • You aren’t afraid to ask for help and are quick to offer support when others need it

Pay and Benefits:

  • Position offers $19.47 hourly base pay + commission target!
