The opportunity: Real-World Data (RWD) Specialist

As a Real-World Data Specialist at myTomorrows, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients’ access to treatments by ensuring the collection, quality, and compliance of Real-World Data (RWD) from Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) and other non-interventional studies. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and site staff to make sure the data we collect truly reflects patient outcomes in the real world, and helps shape future treatment options.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Manage communications with clients, physicians, and site staff to ensure smooth data collection processes.

  • Monitor data quality and proactively address discrepancies or missing information.

  • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and relevant regulatory guidelines for RWD collection.

  • Refine and maintain SOPs, templates, and documentation to improve RWD study processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Commercial) to align RWD deliverables with program goals.

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Management, Real-world Data, or Clinical Research.

  • Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.

  • Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines (certification preferred).

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with a drive to contribute to myTomorrows' impact.

What success looks like in 6 months:
  • You’ve successfully led RWD data collection activities for ongoing programs and built trusted relationships with site and client stakeholders.

  • Data completion and quality metrics for your assigned programs are consistently on target.

  • You’re contributing ideas and improvements to RWD processes and documentation, helping to raise the bar for data excellence at myTomorrows.

  • You’re recognized as a reliable partner by both internal teams and external collaborators, someone who ensures the integrity of real-world data to advance patient access

What we offer:
  • Impactful work that helps patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments.

  • International work environment, scale-up energy and a flat organizational structure that encourages creativity and accountability.

  • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus and an Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Great career development opportunities in a fast-growing company.

  • Learning and development budget alongside internal knowledge sharing sessions.

  • Attractive pension plan, full premium covered by myTomorrows.

  • Hybrid working model.

  • Policies to support working parents.

  • Healthy lunch at the thriving Amsterdam office.

  • Unlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists via OpenUp

  • Enjoy monthly events hosted by our vibrant Culture Club as well as an annual ‘myTomorrowland’ company-wide celebration!

What We Do

Our mission is to enable earlier and better access to all possible treatment options. We aim to break barriers for eligible patients to receive information on and enroll in clinical trials and expanded access programs by providing a single digital platform to connect all stakeholders of pre-approval access. Patients and physicians come to us to stay informed about clinical trials and expanded access programs and guidance on how to access them. Our Patient Navigators are an essential point of contact for patients during their entire journey. We always provide these services free of charge to them. We support BioPharma companies by making their clinical trials and expanded access programs more accessible. We charge BioPharma companies for our services, which include supporting clinical trial recruitment and managing international expanded access programs, logistics, quality management, distribution, and real-world data collection. myTomorrows has offices in Amsterdam, New York City and India, and operates globally. We have helped over 14,000 patients and 2,200 physicians and over 200 sites worldwide.
