About the Role
Sierra Space is seeking a motivated Real Estate Project Manager to holistically oversee projects and leases managed by the Real Estate & Facilities team. This role encompasses project management, understanding and managing leases, and supporting financial planning and strategic facility improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Support
- Manage Real Estate & Facilities projects, ranging from smaller facility improvements, move planning and collocation of team members to full construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to support successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Partner with Industrial Engineering teams to integrate operational efficiencies and ensure project alignment with business needs.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any risks and scope changes.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders.
Lease Administration
- Review new leases for accuracy and support legal teams with final approvals.
- Communicate key lease details (e.g., term, base rent, utilities) with relevant stakeholders.
- Track and manage rent payments, and coordinate with property managers on additional charges.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for property managers/landlords, addressing lease and payment issues.
Financial Planning & Management
- Assist finance teams in planning operational expenditures (opex) and capital expenditures (capex) for real estate and facilities.
- Create opex budgets and support estimating capex costs for projects.
- Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate asset IDs and financial planning.
- Review and approve invoices and IPRs for accuracy and proper budget allocation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, construction management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate project management, lease administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of financial planning and lease administration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management and financial software.
- Self-starter with a strong focus on process improvement

Sierra Space offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:
$104,827.91 - $144,138.39
