What You'll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive profitable sales growth within the assigned territory
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with Heidelberg Materials’ products and services
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales, volume, and margin objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
