Physical Demands:
Normal office environment – Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Ability to travel around campus for meetings and to attend to duties.Preferences:
- Prior experience working within a higher‑education environment (institutional, consulting, or system implementation) is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting organizational change, readiness activities, or stakeholder engagement in complex project environments.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate impacts and readiness needs for diverse campus audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, tailored materials for faculty, staff, and student stakeholder groups.
- Collaborative and detail‑oriented, able to work effectively with project team members and campus stakeholders in fast‑moving environments

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in related field.
