  • Manage source code using Git (branching, merging, pull requests) and promote version control best practices across the team.
  • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and follow software development best practices for security, documentation, testing, and performance.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements with clients and internal teams; translate needs into actionable requirements and functional specifications to support solution development.
What you need to have:

  • Strong proficiency with SQL databases, including complex query writing and database design.
  • Hands-on experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
  • Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services and deployment best practices, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
What makes you stand out?
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, plus familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and/or additional modern JavaScript frameworks; experience leveraging AI-driven tools to improve development speed and quality.
  • Domain knowledge in property & casualty insurance and claims processes, and/or advanced analytics skills using Excel, Power BI, and R Shiny.
