About GoMedAid

GoMedAid is a digital care navigation platform designed to connect Medicaid clients, caregivers, case managers, and healthcare providers through a streamlined, user-friendly experience.

Developed under CareBridge Technologies, an innovation of Peachtree Care Health Services (PCHS), GoMedAid helps individuals navigate Medicaid waiver programs, locate services, and connect with the appropriate resources throughout Georgia.

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to work alongside our current technical lead on an ongoing contract basis. This is an opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven healthcare technology platform that directly impacts access to care.

What You'll Build

As part of the development team, you'll help design, enhance, and maintain features including:

• Enrollment and intake workflows
• Eligibility verification and provider selection screens
• Compliance-focused user interfaces supporting Georgia Medicaid waiver programs (SOURCE, CCSP, and ICWP)
• Regional routing logic for Georgia's 12 Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) regions
• Caregiver and case manager dashboards and workflows
• New feature development, bug fixes, performance improvements, and code reviews

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong production experience building mobile applications with React Native
• Experience using Git and GitHub in collaborative development environments
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React best practices
• Excellent communication skills and reliable availability
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing healthcare, fintech, or other compliance-sensitive applications
• Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicaid, or regulated software environments

Engagement Details

• Position: React Native Developer (Contract/Freelance)
• Location: Remote
• Engagement: Ongoing development and support (not a one-time project)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Confidentiality: Selected candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving access to project documentation or source code.
