What We are looking for:
- At least 10+ years of hands-on development experience in React and Next
- Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for web applications using React and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router)
- Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, reusable React components
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
- Write unit tests for React components using testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
- Contribute to the development of integration and end-to-end tests for web applications
- Optimize components for performance across different devices and browsers
- Identify and fix bugs in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in React and related technologies
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall code quality
- Work effectively with other team members to achieve project goals

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 49,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 171,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors

Skills Required
- 10+ years hands-on development experience with React and Next.js
- Strong JavaScript expertise
- Experience with Redux and React Router
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable React components and UIs

- Optimize components for performance across devices and browsers
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with designers and team members
- Located in Atlanta and able to be in office minimum 3 days per week
