We’re Hiring: React Native + .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (iOS/Android).

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (iOS/Android).
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to define, estimate, and deliver app features.
Build reusable components, implement navigation flows, and apply state management patterns (Redux/MobX or equivalent).
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services; implement secure auth flows, robust error handling, and resilient networking patterns.
Build and maintain test suites from unit testing to automated functional testing.
Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness across devices; troubleshoot and debug issues across platforms.
Partner with backend engineers on .NET-based services: identify API bottlenecks/performance issues and recommend improvements.
Support or implement API performance testing/benchmarking approaches to monitor backend service performance impacting mobile experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, story analysis, and release readiness.
Qualifications
Required Skills (React Native – Primary and .NET Core / C# - Secondary)
5+ years of experience in React Native development with strong production app delivery.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
Experience with RESTful APIs, state management (Redux/MobX), and navigation libraries.
Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio) and mobile release processes.
Proficient in Git and modern version control workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews).
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Detox (or comparable tools).
Ability to troubleshoot performance and stability issues across iOS/Android devices and OS versions.
Experience with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (building, extending, or integrating with REST APIs).
Comfort discussing API contracts (endpoints, payloads, pagination, error schemas) and troubleshooting integration issues.
Exposure to diagnosing API bottlenecks and performance issues; ability to propose fixes in collaboration with backend teams.
Familiarity with API performance testing/benchmarking concepts and basic observability (logging/metrics/tracing) is a strong plus.
Good to have Skills:
React.js and/or Next.js experience (shared UI patterns, component libraries).
CI/CD exposure for mobile apps (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Experience with performance monitoring/crash reporting and analytics tools.

Skills Required

- 3+ years experience with ReactJS
