Your role:

• Develop user-facing applications on Web & Mobile platforms used by over 5 million users around the world.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Support and optimize existing code and features for Web & Mobile client applications and internal administrative tools.
• Maintain a well-tested codebase with continuous integration and coverage reporting.
• Share your knowledge and help your team evolve best practices.
• Work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles.
• AI is at the center of what these teams do - and it's also how we build everything else. Our primary stack is Anthropic's Claude, used through Claude Code for day-to-day development and as a core model provider for the systems we ship. We expect daily, fluent use of AI across the lifecycle, with sound judgment about when to rely on it and how to verify its output. We're actively expanding our agentic and AI-assisted workflows, and we want people who will push this further.

What makes you stand out:

• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript, Typescript.
• 3+ years experience with ReactJS .
• Rich experience with Redux.
• Good understanding and experience with GIT.
• Understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
• Troubleshooting & debugging skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delegated tasks and responsibilities.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow, and be up-to-date with trends and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment and meet appointed deadlines; ability to work independently within one strong team.
• Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Desired (but not essential):

• Experience with Sass, Jest.
• Experience in developing within the React Native framework.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack.
• Experience with third-party libraries, including but not limited to React Native Navigation, Jest.
• Passion for innovation and disruption of the Blockchain FinTech space.
