Role Overview:
Architect, design, and oversee large-scale React applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across multi-module systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define frontend architecture standards, folder structure, and best practices.
• Lead UI performance optimization, lazy loading, and modularization strategies.
• Drive code reviews, design discussions, and component library design.
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps for API alignment and CI/CD automation.
• Manage migrations from legacy frameworks to React.
• Mentor React teams across multiple projects.
Required Skills:
• Deep expertise in React 18/19, TypeScript, Next.js, and Webpack/Vite.
• Strong understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and concurrency features.
• Experience in micro-frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Recoil).
• Excellent leadership and documentation skills.
