About the role
You will join a cross-functional Agile squad working on client-facing Banking applications. The team owns multiple high-profile web applications as well as some related backend services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support multiple client-facing web applications and smaller backend applications.
- Work as part of a cross-functional Agile squad together with frontend, backend, QA, BA and Product professionals.
- Collaborate in a multinational environment with stakeholders primarily across the US and UK.
- Take technical ownership of projects and contribute to industry best practices.
- Utilize modern AI tooling to solve technical problems and improve development efficiency.
- Analyze technical challenges and identify effective solutions.
- Support and contribute to the technical and professional growth of team members.
- Work on end-to-end solutions and engage with related areas such as DevOps and other codebases.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Angular.
- Some experience with backend technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to work in an AI-enabled development environment.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to related technical areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Motivation to learn, develop and grow professionally.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
