半導体製造ラインにおいて, RDA（リアルタイム デフェクト アナリシス＝工程内欠陥検査）チームのテクニシャンとして, エンジニアの品質改善• Yield改善活動をサポートします。欠陥検査装置で検出された製造ライン内で発生する不良や異常データを日々監視, 解析ツールを使った簡易解析を行います。
外国人エンジニアとのやり取りもあるため, 簡単な英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗が無い方を歓迎します（話せなくてもOK。翻訳ツール利用可）
＜職務内容>

• 製造工程で発生する欠陥の監視• 簡易的なデータまとめ
• エンジニアの評価実験や改善活動のサポート
• 欠陥トレンドの確認と初動対応の補助
• 検査頻度や工程の最適化をアシストし, 装置稼働率を維持
• 改善活動の記録や標準作業の文書化

• 慎重且つ効率的に仕事を進められる方
• チームで協力しながら改善活動に取り組める方
• 国際的な環境下での業務に挑戦してみたい方
• 日本語でのコミュニケーションが取れて, 外国人エンジニアとの簡単なやり取りに抵抗が無い方（話せなくてもOK）

＜必須資格＞

• 高校卒業以上
• Microsoft Office（Excel, Word, PowerPoint）の基本操作
• 責任感を持ち, 率直なコミュニケーションができる方

＜歓迎スキル＞

• 製造業での品質管理や改善活動の経験
• データ解析ツール（JMP, Pythonなど）の使用経験
