Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading the design and development of the reliability Op-Life test system (mixed signal, RF & DC) based on customer specification and requirement of the new products under development.
- Collaborate and work closely with the cross functional team (R&D, NPI, QRE, GO) to execute the task assignment effectively & efficiently.
- Working with the QRE team to conduct assessment and verification of the reliability test setup prior to release for product qualification activity. Also, supporting the regular maintenance work as necessary.
- Create test design documentation including test instructions, specifications, drawings and verification plans on reliability test setup.
- Generate test software in LabVIEW/Agilent VEE/C#/Python as required.
- Contribute to the QRE Engineering team on-going process and work efficiency improvement initiative.
- Racking up reliability test setups that includes various RF/DC equipment and accessories for product qualification and rel assessment activities.
- To develop automated applications to streamline reliability monitoring activities focusing on data logging and data analysis.
- To ensure all necessary tools and instruments are properly calibrated and operational.
- Perform other work related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical), Computer Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent.
- Design and application experience of RF/DC test equipment.
- Knowledge in LabView, C# and Agilent VEE, Python
- Experience of PCB design for reliability stress would be an advantage
- Good understanding of RF components and associated applications
- Must be a self-driven and analytical individual with good communication skills who can work well with other team players, possessing a thorough command of the English language
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
