What's the role?
- Provide support in designing and developing functional test scripts.
- Support in test planning, reporting and recommendations.
- Design and maintain Test Plan and Reporting documentations.
- Assisting the team in troubleshooting issues that may arise during testing phase and in production phase.
- Tracking software test results and defects in relevant tools/databases.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Create and run manual tests to verify functionality, performance, and scalability, with a strong focus on analyzing requirements in depth.
- Identify, prioritize, and report defects found during testing, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in software testing, including Android mobile applications.
- Proficient in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with JIRA, test management systems, and ISTQB principles.
- Passion for quality, attention to detail, and a self-motivated mindset.
- Automotive navigation knowledge is a plus.
